1. Sign-up process
In the Tomato Energy support portal, click on the "Sign up" button in the top right-hand corner. Fill in your full name and your company email, and click Register.
2. Account Activation
In a few minutes, you will receive an Account Activation email from Tomato Energy. Check your Junk Mail if you did not receive the email in your Inbox.
Once you see the email, click on the activation link to start the process.
3. How to create a ticket
When you are ready to start submitting a ticket, click on the "Submit a ticket" button in the top right-hand corner.
In the ticket submission form, fill in the "MPAN". If the query doesn't have MPAN, then fill it in with "0".
Select the correct "Type of Issue". You can scroll down in the drop-down box to find more categories of issues.
Select the correct "Priority" level from the drop-down box. You can find the response and resolution time set by Tomato Energy in this article.
*Please note that Customer Care will adjust the Priority level if they deem the ticket is set on the incorrect level.
Fill in the "Description", attach any relevant documentation and click "Submit".
4. How to view a ticket
To view your tickets, click on the "Tickets" button in the top right-hand corner. Click on the ticket number to view or update.
